Is a must-see movie

Star Peoria (Illinois): If you have not seen the movie "Lincoln", you owe it to yourself as soon as possible to get a theater near you. Teens, if you have (a cautious language).

Not only is a great film director Steven Spielberg - expect it takes a considerable long-distance at the Oscars - but it is a great history lesson with a local connection, the boot. (Listen carefully "Metamora").

With some previous efforts to capture the country's 16th President, Lincoln is portrayed here as the act of a person, rather than in a secular saint, he has become as a mortal two unusual genius and conflict. ; as a president pure in his goals, pragmatic in his approach in one sense, as a man of his era, but also a go beyond it, and efforts to promote the country at least half of them do not want to go in the direction; as the easiest enduring marriage of a husband, as a father, injuries, the damaged knee flexion personal tragedy.

Attention in the movie as amended through the 13th, you can see the civil rights battle.

As Americans, we take for granted, one of the most important events of the idea, so we place, we just happened, no visionary leadership, no sacrifice, no struggle, there is no cause of martyrs. "Lincoln" can help eliminate these concepts.
